 For 1st time 5K events, up to 500 participants. RaceWorks services include pre-race consulting and support, start/finish line setup with fencing, oversized clock support, event marketing, permitting and course design, custom banner consultation, water stop support, volunteer coordination, and finsh line/post-race area coordination. |

 Let us set up your start/finish line. We have scafolding that can be customized with banners and signage to reflect the identity of your event. Scaffolding openings can be either 16 feet or 24 foot in length. |

Traffic Control and Course Coning |
 At RaceWorks we focus on runner safety on the race course. We provide race course design and layout along with coning and traffic control to ensure a safe route for all runners and walkers. We pay special attention to traffic flow and impact on local businesses and residences. |

 Aerial photography of start/finish line locations, water stop locations, traffic control, and key intersections. Detailed high resolution photographs can give vendors, volunteers and event personnel detailed information about specific locations along an event route. A DVD of photographs and description of each photograph is provided to the customer. Please call 512-536-6987 to schedule an appointment so we can photograph your venue. Pricing dependant on venue size, location, course length and current fuel prices; call for a rate quote.

Custom Banner Consultation |
 RaceWorks will provide a consultation for any signage needs for the race. Custom Banners are available to give your race a more intimate appeal and sponsor recognition. |

 RaceWorks provides water stop equipment, layout, and planning, you provide the runners and volunteers. |

Various city, police, and medical permits are needed for the race. RaceWorks will obtain the proper permits for your race needs. We work closely with COA, APD, etc. |

RaceWorks will look at the layout of the location and find the best accommodating route to fit your needs. We can also produce course maps. |

RaceWorks will train volunteers and organize them accordingly to ensure a smooth and well-run event. |

Runner Bibs and Safety Pins |
 RaceWorks provides standard race numbers with tear tags and safety pins. Bibs are sold per 100 and safety pins have 10 gross per box (1,440); each bib will require four safety pins. The tear tag is rquired for non-chipped timed races and is helpful when drawing names for door prizes and giveaways. |
